About
What Makes Killick Group Unique in the Business?
The global inspection and supply chain business is a highly fragmented market, with large multinational corporations at one end and small operations at the other. In the past 10 years, there has been a large amount of consolidation in the business, with large conglomerates purchasing most of the mid-sized companies.
Through organic growth, Killick Group has managed to evolve into one of the largest mid-sized companies not affiliated with a large conglomerate. This has allowed us to have the global capabilities that smaller companies do not possess while still retaining a high level of involvement and customer responsiveness that major multinationals struggle to provide.
Industry Experience
The Killick Group management team has more than 100 years of combined experience in the energy sector.
Their experience is used to mentor our coordinators so that they can continually improve their skills with activities such as technical training/certifications, field/site experience, and more. This ensures that our clients are receiving value for the money they invest in our services. In addition, our proprietary internal software system allows our coordinators to better manage and obtain resources globally. We continually look to technology to improve our service and provide higher value to our clients.
Business Model
Killick Group is a hands-on organization, with the management involved or closely aligned with our clients’ needs and concerns. Our company is structured to be flat, enabling our people to make the right decisions and provide information to our clients in a timely manner. Having alignment from management to the front lines gives us a competitive advantage over our larger global competitors.
Our business model differs slightly in an important way from our larger competitors: Our coordinators do not just hand off clients to other offices in other countries. Instead, they follow the workflow around the world for our clients.
This model is more effective for the following reasons:
Safety Our Goal: “No One Gets Hurt – Everyone Goes Home”
The management of Killick Group is committed to the health and safety of its employees, the general public, and the environment in which we work. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. We are committed to constant improvement toward an accident-free workplace through effective administration, education, and training. All personnel must be dedicated to the continuing objective of eliminating the “near misses,” which will greatly reduce the risk of injuries.
Our philosophy is that the well-being of our company and clients is dependent on the health and safety of our workforce. The directors and officers of Killick Group promise that every precaution reasonable in all circumstances will be taken for the protection of all workers. We believe that no job is to be regarded so urgent that time cannot be taken to do it in a safe manner. Everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
We recognize that a safe work environment can be established and sustained only through a united effort by all employees and subcontractors and that the assistance of each person is required. Fostering attitudes and cooperation in promoting accident prevention will assist in achieving our goal and making our company the best place to work—one where employees share in corporate growth and success.
Everyone from top management down through all levels in our organization has the responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

At Killick Group, we believe in the following 10 core values:
What Is a Killick?
"KILLICK" (noun) - An anchor made up of an elongated stone or stones, encased in pliable sticks, bound at the top, and fixed in two curved crosspieces at the base. It is used in mooring nets and small boats.
We wanted to have a name that represented our heritage -- the land and the sea.
Our Green - Blue - Black Logo is a stylized killick with the color green representing the land (trees and grass), while blue represents the ocean. The black oval represents the elongated stone and our rock-solid commitment to deliver on our promise of superior service to our clients.
